'Selling Preference' lost wording problems
Hey fellow quicksalers !
  I've been having problems with the text  in the 'Sellers' ....'Selling Preferences' section.  I will go to change the text in one of the windows, say....'Returns & Refunds', and will check to see if it has worked on my listings, and some of the words are missing.  I have tried clearing the whole of the text and doing it over a fresh, and for some reason, a couple of days or so later, it will be missing words again.  It seems to be a random thing, but there obviously must be something else wrong here!  :S
I'm using way under the max. characters, so does anyone else have this problem, and could someone please tell me the solution, as this has been happening for over 2 years now.

 Hi Deb , are you using 'copy/paste' ?

There's only so much that will fit and changing font size/colour etc will also affect what will show in the fields

I removed all mine at one stage and retyped the required terms in , with no changes etc and checked if it would fit , then altered the font type and colours till I was sure it would all show. Just play with it a bit.

The fields also will no longer allow html so that could be another problem.

Thanks so much for your reply.
I haven't used copy and paste for some time now, as I was having problems with that.  I change the font, the colour and 'select all' and delete, making sure there is nothing in the window at all, and retype it again, but still seem to have problems no matter what I do.  I've even had some of the font change colour on me after a few weeks on some of the text.  It only seems to be happening in the 'Refund and Returns'.  Very odd!   :S

I use the quicksale site to set all my Selling Preferences. In EL I have all sorts of preferences on various listings, but I want uniform preferences on all items. No matter what my listings show in EL, once I update my Selling Preferences on the site, all my listings fall into line again.  Online you can use jpgs and play with the fonts and colours in your Selling Preferences.

The REFUND is the only place you can't use a jpg, but you can adjust the font and colours, as I have done with mine.

Everytime I do new listings, I just go into the site Selling Preferences, update and save so that all the Selling Preferences in my listings look the same.

I forgot to add, if you do decide to play with using jpgs, the maximum width is 420 pixels.  quicksales tech let me know the maximum pixels as if they are wider, they are hidden by the pop-up on the right of the screen.  Length makes no difference, it is the width which is important.
