Hi there. I bought and paid for an item from you on 25th April but don't appear to have received it yet.
Please could you tell me when to expect it to arrive in my hotmail inbox?

Hi,
As is stated within the Delivery/Postage Instructions, "Item will be provided via email, once payment is received (usually within 24 hours).". Since your payment is yet to be received, the eBook has not yet been emailed. Please advise when you are likely to process payment for this item.
